Unable to Execute Windows Binary in from WSL when systemd enabled

Change content of /usr/lib/binfmt.d/WSLInterop.conf from :WSLInterop:M::MZ::/init:F to :WSLInterop:M::MZ::/init:PF and restart sudo systemctl restart systemd-binfmt
